The Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems
provides NC State graduate students and non-degree graduate level students
the opportunity to develop recognized academic credentials and advanced
expertise in Geographic Information Systems
Prerequisites
Students entering this graduate program are expected to have GIS skills at the introductory course in (e.g. PRT 462). Students without these skills should aquire them via formal (e.g., PRT 462) or informal (ESRI training) coursework prior to enrolling in NR 532.
